NextEra and ServiceNow Join Forces to Drive Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia and MENA

NextEra, the joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has announced a strategic collaboration with ServiceNow to accelerate digital transformation across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. At the core of the initiative is the creation of a proximity centre at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, alongside a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, designed to equip local talent with critical digital skills.

The partnership brings together ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration and NextEra’s service expertise to foster enterprise adoption of generative AI and agentic automation. A distinctive feature of this collaboration is its commitment to Arabic-first user interfaces and region-specific solutions, ensuring technology platforms are both culturally relevant and aligned with local market needs.

Beyond workforce enablement, the initiative is focused on delivering industry-specific platforms tailored to critical sectors, including energy, banking and financial services, and giga projects. These solutions will help modernize legacy infrastructure, enhance agility, and upgrade CRM and employee experience systems, paving the way for enterprises to achieve greater operational efficiency and resilience.

The joint effort is also framed as an opportunity to strengthen the Kingdom’s innovation ecosystem. By embedding AI-powered automation into enterprise workflows, the collaboration seeks to unlock measurable business outcomes—ranging from streamlined operations to improved customer experiences—while simultaneously preparing the workforce for a digital-first economy.

Highlighting the significance of the announcement, Dina Abo-Onoq, CEO of NextEra and Executive VP of LTIMindtree, said: “This partnership represents a bold step forward in our mission to deliver transformative outcomes for enterprises in the Kingdom. This also reflects our commitment to creating new job opportunities and nurturing technology talent in the region.”

Saif M. Mashat, Vice President of Middle East and Africa at ServiceNow, added: “Together, we’re enabling customers with intelligent workflows, scalable platforms and AI-powered solutions that unlock new levels of agility and growth.”

By combining global expertise with local impact, the NextEra–ServiceNow collaboration marks a milestone in Saudi Arabia’s digital journey, advancing the Kingdom’s broader ambitions to become a hub for innovation and technology leadership in the region.
