Moraes has been with Ingram Micro for the past eight years, where he most recently led the company’s operations in Brazil. Under his leadership, the Brazil business became the most profitable within the region, reflecting his ability to deliver sustainable growth while fostering cultural transformation and governance excellence. His focus on building competitive advantages in areas such as cloud and cybersecurity has been widely recognized as a blueprint for success within the company.
Before joining Ingram Micro, Moraes held senior roles at Claro Brasil and Embratel, where he was instrumental in building cloud, IT, and digital solutions businesses that reshaped the telecom and enterprise technology landscape in Latin America.
