Aditya Dhruva has been appointed Managing Director at Sinch. He brings more than 25 years of experience in telecom, product leadership and entrepreneurship.
He began his career in 1999 at Nokia Siemens Networks, Bangalore, where he spent 12 years in engineering, program management and product strategy for Policy Control solutions.
In 2012, he joined Cisco as Head of Product Line for the email security business, which protects 40% of Fortune 1000 companies.
In 2015, he became CTO and EVP | Business Unit Head at Comviva. He led product and technology strategy and ran a multi-million-dollar UCaaS business with 200+ people, reaching 1B+ mobile users. He won multiple global A2P messaging awards and was a regular keynote speaker.
In 2019, he co-founded Factoreal as CEO, building a fan engagement platform for sports franchises. Satisfi Labs acquired the company in 2024, and he then served as Managing Director there, heading the India center and leading data and analytics.
With this appointment, he takes on a new leadership role at Sinch, backed by deep experience in messaging, SaaS and building businesses at scale.
