Ritesh’s career foundation was built at Wipro Limited, where he spent nearly 19 years in a variety of senior finance leadership roles. “Ritesh’s career foundation was built at Wipro Limited, where he served in multiple finance leadership capacities for nearly 19 years, including as Head of Finance for Wipro HR Services and the DOP Health & Insurance vertical. He played a pivotal role in P&L ownership, cost optimization, and as Financial & Commercial Lead during Wipro’s acquisition of Alight’s India business.” His work at Wipro demonstrated his ability to combine financial discipline with strategic foresight, enabling business units to grow while maintaining profitability.
