Kushagra Dwivedi Joins Flipkart as Director of Flipkart Ads

Flipkart has appointed Kushagra Dwivedi as Director of Flipkart Ads, where he will lead the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) charter across BGM Flipkart National, Flipkart Grocery, and Flipkart Minutes. His appointment underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its advertising solutions while driving deeper engagement with brands in India’s fast-growing CPG segment.

Kushagra brings with him a wealth of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and category management. His professional journey spans leadership roles across top organizations in India’s consumer and retail ecosystem. Most recently, he served as Associate Director at Flipkart, where he contributed to category growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, he was Category Head for Doctor Consultation at Apollo 24|7, where he managed the business end-to-end and enhanced consumer adoption of digital healthcare services.

At Blinkit, Kushagra led the Personal Care category as Director, focusing on scaling assortment, customer engagement, and profitability in the hyperlocal commerce space. His earlier tenure at airtel saw him spearhead national acquisitions and enterprise marketing initiatives, driving customer acquisition strategies and strengthening business growth. These experiences have equipped him with a strong understanding of digital-first businesses, consumer behavior, and performance-led marketing.

Beyond these roles, Kushagra has contributed to diverse organizations including AppsDaily Solutions, Bloomberg, Godrej Properties Limited, and Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. Raigarh, where he gained expertise in product management, business development, sales, and marketing. This broad exposure across industries has sharpened his ability to align strategy with execution, consistently delivering measurable outcomes.
