Bringing with him more than 17 years of cross-industry experience, Harsh will be responsible for leading the company’s integrated marketing strategy, brand positioning, and corporate communications agenda to strengthen UGRO Capital’s leadership within the MSME financing and fintech ecosystem.
Harsh’s career spans leadership roles across logistics, financial services, real estate, and advertising, where he has been recognized for building strong B2B brand ecosystems. His expertise covers brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, corporate reputation management, and data-led marketing, making him well positioned to elevate UGRO Capital’s visibility and drive its long-term mission of empowering small and medium businesses through innovative financial solutions.
Prior to joining UGRO Capital, Harsh played a pivotal role at Ascendas Firstspace as Senior Manager – Marketing and Communication, where he designed and executed strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence in industrial real estate. Before that, he spent several years at DHL Express India, holding leadership roles in Corporate Communications and Marketing. At DHL, he successfully managed brand-building initiatives and customer engagement programs that reinforced the company’s position as a leader in logistics and express services.
His early professional journey includes impactful stints at leading agencies such as OgilvyOne Worldwide, Hansa Cequity, and Adfactors PR, where he honed his skills in digital marketing, sponsorships, public relations, and storytelling. These formative experiences laid the foundation for his holistic understanding of marketing communications and his ability to align creative storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
