Enterprise AI pioneer Uniphore has raised $260 million in a Series F funding round, with participation from some of the world’s top technology and investment leaders — including NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, Databricks, NEA, and March Capital. The latest funding round values the Chennai- and US-based company at $2.5 billion, underscoring its growing dominance in the Business AI landscape.
Uniphore announced that the fresh capital will be used to accelerate innovation on its Business AI Cloud platform, a composable AI stack that integrates agents, models, knowledge, and data to drive enterprise-grade automation and intelligence. The company’s technology is designed to unify customer and employee experiences through conversational AI, emotion recognition, and workflow automation — powering next-generation digital transformation across industries.

Following its $400 million Series E round, Uniphore has continued to expand its AI ecosystem through strategic acquisitions, including Orby AI, and is now in the process of acquiring Autonom8 to further strengthen its agentic automation capabilities.
