VerSe Innovation Launches SparkStation to Cut AI Content Production Costs by Up to 90%

VerSe Innovation, the parent company of Dailyhunt and Josh, has launched SparkStation, an AI-powered content production platform designed to bring multiple stages of video and advertising production into a single workflow. The company unveiled the platform at Film Expo 2026, targeting filmmakers, production houses, brands, agencies, businesses, e-commerce companies, creators and influencers.

SparkStation is designed to cover the content-production journey from ideation and scripting to storyboarding, casting, location and costume design, shot creation, music and dialogue generation, editing, captioning, rendering and advertising creation. By bringing these functions together, the platform aims to allow users to move through different production stages without having to switch between multiple tools.

For filmmakers and production houses, SparkStation offers tools including a story builder, script coverage, casting, location design and shot creation. Users can also generate music and dialogue and complete editing and rendering within the platform. Projects can subsequently be exported to professional editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve, allowing production teams to retain their existing post-production workflows.

The platform also addresses consistency in AI-generated video production. Users can lock key elements such as a character’s face, expression, wardrobe, location and props and carry those elements across multiple scenes. This is designed to help maintain visual continuity throughout a production.

SparkStation uses a model-agnostic AI layer, allowing different AI models to handle different production tasks according to their capabilities. Video generation, character creation, camera movement, voice and language-related tasks can therefore be handled by different models while remaining within the same platform interface.

For brands, e-commerce companies and agencies, SparkStation supports the creation of images, videos, user-generated content and performance advertisements. It can generate product creatives at catalogue scale and create multiple campaign variations for different platforms, languages and formats. The platform also supports localisation in more than 60 languages, including adaptations to lip movements, emotional delivery and local expressions.

Creators and influencers will be able to access templates and studio-style production tools through a credits-based model. Studios and brands will have access to seat-based software-as-a-service plans, while larger customers can opt for enterprise licensing and API access.

VerSe Innovation claims that SparkStation can significantly reduce the cost and time involved in producing branded video content. According to the company, the cost of producing a 60-second brand film could fall from around ₹10 lakh–₹25 lakh to ₹50,000–₹75,000, representing a potential reduction of up to 90%. The company also estimates that production timelines could be reduced from several weeks to approximately 24 hours. These figures are company estimates and will need to be assessed as the platform scales.

SparkStation enters beta on August 29, 2026, with general availability scheduled for October 1. VerSe Innovation plans to invest more than $30 million over the next 24 months as it scales the platform. The company is targeting more than 100 studios, 1,000 brands and thousands of creators.

The launch represents VerSe Innovation’s move to build a global-focused AI content production product alongside its existing consumer platforms, Dailyhunt and Josh. The company is positioning SparkStation as a unified production environment that can address the needs of professional production teams as well as brands and independent creators.

By combining multiple creative and production stages with AI-based workflows, SparkStation is aimed at reducing the operational complexity involved in producing content at scale. Its model-agnostic approach also allows different AI systems to be used for specific tasks rather than requiring users to rely on a single model throughout the production process.
