Before joining Juniper Green Energy, Kushal held leadership roles at prominent organisations such as Shyam Steel, ACME Group, Virescent Infrastructure (IndiGrid), CleanMax Solar, Mahyco Seeds, IBM, Deloitte, and Raymond Ltd. His diverse background across industries—from renewable energy and manufacturing to FMCG and pharmaceuticals—gives him a unique, cross-sector perspective on how technology can accelerate business transformation.
