QX Global Group has elevated Jignesh Chauhan to the role of Vice President of Software, entrusting him with leadership of the organisation’s technology roadmap and software strategy. In this position, he is responsible for advancing digital transformation initiatives, scaling intelligent automation, and aligning technology-driven process optimisation with the company’s global business objectives.
The elevation marks a significant milestone in Jignesh’s nearly two-decade-long journey with QX Global Group. Most recently, he served as Senior Associate Vice President from August 2023 to August 2025, where he played a key role in shaping automation-led transformation, product design, and long-term software roadmaps. His contributions have been central to the integration of Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning across operations, enabling improved efficiency and scalability for a diverse, international client base.
Since joining the group in 2006 as a Senior Software Engineer, Jignesh has progressed through multiple leadership roles, gaining deep exposure across the full software development lifecycle. His tenure includes serving as Associate Vice President from October 2016 to August 2023, during which he led process improvement initiatives, client management, solution architecture, resource and quality management, risk analysis, project delivery, and product management.
Earlier in his career at QX Global Group, he held the role of Project Manager from March 2015 to October 2016, where he managed multiple projects, oversaw client communication, coordinated work allocation, prepared management reports, and remained involved in all phases of the SDLC, including project and team management. Prior to that, he served as Project Leader from September 2011 to March 2015, leading project execution, coordinating teams, and maintaining client relationships across concurrent engagements.
Before joining QX Global Group, Jignesh began his professional journey as a software programmer at iCubix Infotech and Ideal System. In these early roles, he developed strong foundations in web-based and Windows-based application development, technical expertise that later informed his leadership in complex software architectures and enterprise automation initiatives.
Across his career, Jignesh has combined deep institutional knowledge with evolving technical capabilities, including expertise in Kanban, Robotic Process Automation, and agile delivery practices. In his current role as Vice President of Software, based in Ahmedabad, he leads software engineering and innovation with a focus on digital transformation, automation through RPA and Machine Learning, technology-driven process optimisation, and scalable product strategy.
