Amol Natu has taken on the role of Business Unit Head for Communication, Media & Entertainment at Larsen & Toubro (LTM). From his base in Pune, he will guide strategic expansion and lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives for clients across the global CME landscape. His responsibilities include managing mission-critical programs and accelerating innovation across streaming platforms, broadcast ecosystems, and digital media operations.
This appointment follows his impactful tenure at LTIMindtree, where he served as Delivery Head for the Communications, Media & Entertainment vertical. During that period, he contributed significantly to integration and transformation initiatives in the wake of the merger between LTI and Mindtree, ensuring continuity, growth, and operational excellence within the business segment.
Prior to his time at LTIMindtree, Amol built a distinguished 19-year career at Cognizant, where he advanced to the position of Client Partner and Director. In that capacity, he held P&L responsibility for some of the company’s largest Energy & Utilities accounts in North America and oversaw a portfolio exceeding $45 million for leading UK banking conglomerates. His experience spans consultative sales, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and the leadership of large, globally distributed teams of more than 1,000 professionals.
Throughout his career, Amol has delivered “out-of-the-box” solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, consistently aligning technology innovation with business outcomes. With his expanded mandate at LTM, he now leads the Communication, Media & Entertainment portfolio, focusing on scaling digital transformation strategies and strengthening the company’s position in the global sector.
