Suhas Avate Joins Intellion Offices by Tata Realty as AVP and Head of Marketing – Intellion Office Parks

Suhas Avate has been appointed as Assistant Vice President and Head of Marketing – Intellion Office Parks at Intellion Offices by Tata Realty.

In his new role, Avate will lead the marketing strategy for Intellion’s office park portfolio, focusing on strengthening brand positioning and supporting the development of dynamic workplace ecosystems across India’s expanding commercial real estate sector.

He brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving marketing initiatives and building strong brand identities for leading real estate organizations.

Before joining Intellion, Avate spent close to five years at Brookfield Properties, where he most recently served as Senior General Manager. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing marketing and branding initiatives and previously held the position of General Manager – Marketing & Branding, where he led strategic marketing campaigns and brand development efforts.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Brigade Group as Assistant General Manager and Head of Marketing (Commercial), managing commercial marketing functions and supporting brand and business growth initiatives.

Avate also spent over eight years with Ascendas-Singbridge, where he held several roles across marketing and corporate communications. During this period, he served as Corporate Communications (Pan India) and Community Vibrancy Manager, leading communication strategies and engagement programs across the company’s portfolio. He earlier worked as Senior Executive, Corporate Communications, and Marketing Communications Executive, gaining extensive experience in marketing communications and stakeholder engagement.

His appointment highlights Intellion’s continued focus on strengthening its brand and creating innovative workplace ecosystems across India’s growing commercial real estate landscape.
