Priya Hamsa Prabhakar has been appointed Head of Applications (Claims, Finance, Reserving & Data Analytics) at AXA XL, effective March 2026. Based in Bengaluru, she will lead global transformation and automation initiatives across the organization’s applications ecosystem, with a focus on strengthening finance and data analytics platforms to improve operational efficiency and deliver stronger returns on investment.
Prabhakar brings more than 21 years of experience across global transformation, automation and project management. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Delivery Manager at ProArch.
Earlier, she spent four years at KPMG India Global Services, where she managed the ServiceNow product portfolio and applied machine learning techniques to streamline and optimize operational processes.
Her career also includes international and technical leadership roles such as Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services in Uruguay, along with positions at Wipro and Accenture.
With strong expertise in AIOps, cybersecurity, Agile methodologies and organizational change management, Prabhakar will lead AXA XL’s applications strategy and transformation initiatives.
