Cloudsoft.io has appointed Lewis Weir as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), marking a key move to strengthen its global commercial leadership as the company scales its presence in the cloud software ecosystem.
In this role, Lewis will lead global revenue operations, sales strategy, and customer engagement, working closely with technology partners to drive seamless product adoption, deployment, and long-term customer success across markets.
He steps into this position after serving as Commercial Director at Cloudsoft, where he led global sales teams and collaborated closely with engineering and development functions to address complex customer challenges and accelerate the adoption of cloud-native solutions.
Prior to Cloudsoft, Lewis held leadership roles at UserTesting, where he served as Global Director and earlier as Enterprise Account Director, driving enterprise sales strategies and building strong client relationships across EMEA markets.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at TEKsystems, working as Senior Consultant and Consultant. During this time, he supported enterprise transformation initiatives, delivered managed IT services, and helped organizations optimize workforce strategies.
In addition to his corporate experience, Lewis has also contributed as a Steering Board Member at This Is Me Scotland, supporting efforts to reduce workplace stigma and encourage open conversations around mental health.
With deep expertise in B2B sales, revenue strategy, and enterprise technology solutions, Lewis has consistently driven business growth and built strong customer partnerships. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Cloudsoft’s go-to-market capabilities and support its continued expansion in the global cloud ecosystem.
