
Muhammad Danish Ashraf has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Quantum Edge, marking a significant step in the company’s efforts to strengthen its technology leadership and innovation capabilities.
In this role, he will lead the overall technology direction and execution, focusing on building intelligent, secure, and scalable solutions across AI, software development, robotics, cloud platforms, and advanced hardware integration. His mandate includes driving R&D initiatives, shaping architecture strategy, and enabling high-performance engineering outcomes aligned with business goals.
Muhammad Danish Ashraf brings extensive experience across AI/ML, embedded and edge systems, and cloud-native platforms, along with a strong track record in product development and engineering leadership.
Alongside this appointment, he continues his entrepreneurial journey as Founder and CEO at miniByte.ai, where he has been focused on driving product vision, advancing R&D, and developing autonomous robotics and on-device AI capabilities. He also serves as Founder & CTO at Speclegacy, leading the development of enterprise-grade applications across SaaS, fintech, and healthcare domains, with a focus on scalable architecture, security, and modern AI/ML and DevOps practices.
Earlier in his career, he held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Synapsify, where he provided strategic leadership across AI/ML and TinyML initiatives, embedded systems, and cloud-based MLOps frameworks. His work included building synthetic data systems, optimizing edge AI models, and delivering applied AI solutions across diverse use cases.
He also worked as an AI/ML Engineer at Yes Inc, contributing to the development and deployment of deep learning models, fine-tuning large language models, building AutoML pipelines, and implementing reinforcement learning systems. His experience also includes optimizing models for edge deployment and establishing MLOps pipelines across cloud environments.
In the early stages of his career, he served as a Research Associate at National University of Sciences and Technology and as a Design Engineer at Center for Advanced Research in Engineering, building a strong foundation in research-driven engineering and applied technology development. He also completed internships with NUST, further strengthening his technical expertise.
