RSA Global has appointed Ajit Biswas as CEO – India Business, tasking him with leading the company’s next phase of growth and strengthening its presence in the Indian logistics market. The appointment comes as the company looks to build a more scalable, customer-centric, and performance-driven logistics ecosystem in one of its key growth regions.
In his new role, Biswas will focus on expanding RSA Global’s footprint across India while developing efficient, technology-enabled supply chain solutions. His mandate includes enhancing operational performance, driving customer value, and building a strong, future-ready logistics organization aligned with evolving market demands.
Biswas brings extensive experience in logistics and supply chain leadership, with a career spanning both global and regional roles. Most recently, he served as Area Head – Direct Transport Sales (DTS) South Asia at A.P. Moller – Maersk, where he played a significant role in driving transport solutions and strengthening regional operations.
Prior to that, he was associated with CEVA Logistics as Product Head India – CFS & LCL, where he led ocean product strategy and contributed to expanding service capabilities. His earlier leadership experience includes serving as Managing Director at ABCO International Logistics Private Limited and AGS World Transport India, where he was responsible for scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and strengthening market positioning.
With a strong track record across operations, strategy, and business growth, Biswas brings a balanced mix of execution excellence and strategic vision. His appointment is expected to support RSA Global’s efforts to build a resilient, customer-focused logistics network and capitalize on the growing demand for integrated supply chain solutions in India.
