
SISL Infotech has appointed Raman Pillai as its Chief Digital & AI Officer (CDAO), reinforcing the organization’s commitment to enterprise-wide digital innovation and AI-led transformation.
In this role, Pillai is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital and artificial intelligence strategy. His mandate includes driving the adoption of advanced technologies, building scalable cloud and data platforms, and embedding AI-driven capabilities across business functions to improve operational efficiency and enable more informed decision-making. He will also focus on intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and the development of agile, enterprise-grade digital solutions.
Pillai brings close to two decades of experience spanning digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology leadership. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale modernization initiatives, developed high-impact digital platforms, and delivered technology-driven outcomes across multiple industries.
Prior to joining SISL Infotech, he was associated with VerSe Innovation, where he led cloud operations and FinOps initiatives for platforms such as Dailyhunt and Josh. During his tenure, he played a key role in optimizing costs at scale and modernizing infrastructure to support high-growth digital ecosystems.
He has also held leadership roles at Ather Energy, Meru, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, and HCLTech. Across these organizations, he built deep expertise in IT strategy, automation, and managing large-scale digital infrastructure environments.
With a strong background in cloud operations, data-driven systems, and AI-enabled technologies, Pillai’s appointment is aligned with SISL Infotech’s strategic focus on accelerating innovation and strengthening its digital capabilities in an increasingly technology-driven business landscape.
