Deloitte has appointed Ashok Natarajan as Executive Director, Hybrid Cloud Engineering – Technology & Transformation, further strengthening its leadership in enterprise technology and digital transformation.
In his new role, Natarajan will lead hybrid cloud engineering initiatives, focusing on enabling enterprise transformation and driving innovation for clients. His mandate includes helping organizations modernize their technology landscapes, adopt scalable cloud solutions, and accelerate business outcomes through advanced engineering practices.
Natarajan brings over two decades of experience across enterprise technology, cloud solutions, and sales leadership. He most recently served as Regional Sales Director – Financial Services (South India) at Salesforce, where he led business growth across the financial services sector in the region.
Prior to that, he spent over six years at Oracle, holding key leadership roles including Sales Director – South & West. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving regional growth, managing enterprise accounts, and expanding Oracle’s footprint across diverse industries. He also served as Regional Sales Manager for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where he contributed to strengthening customer engagement and market expansion.
Earlier in his career, Natarajan spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, where he managed enterprise and mid-market sales across sectors such as BFSI and manufacturing. His roles included leading enterprise sales initiatives and building strong customer relationships across large organizations.
He began his professional journey at HCLTech, where he developed a solid foundation in enterprise sales and account management.
With extensive experience across leading global technology companies, Natarajan brings a strong blend of strategic insight, customer-centric execution, and deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems. His appointment reflects Deloitte’s continued focus on strengthening its hybrid cloud capabilities and supporting clients in navigating complex digital transformation journeys.
