Impetus has appointed Vikash Gaur as Chief Operating Officer, marking a strategic move to strengthen its global delivery capabilities and operational excellence as the company enters its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Gaur will oversee global delivery, operational performance, and business transformation initiatives. He will be responsible for building scalable operations, enhancing execution frameworks, and driving greater value for clients across key markets.
Gaur brings more than two decades of leadership experience across global technology and consulting organizations, with a strong track record in managing large-scale portfolios, driving transformation programs, and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Impetus, he was a Partner at Catalincs Partners LLP.
Earlier, he served as Chief Delivery Officer at LTIMindtree, where he led complex delivery portfolios and played a key role in integration and transformation initiatives. His responsibilities included managing large-scale operations with P&L ownership while driving operational efficiency and customer success.
Before that, Gaur spent nearly two decades at Cognizant, where he was instrumental in building and scaling the company’s Digital Engineering business into a billion-dollar practice. His tenure there reflects deep expertise in digital transformation, delivery leadership, and enterprise-scale operations.
