In his new role, Doreswamy will focus on advancing AI-led innovation, expanding the company’s international footprint, and strengthening its vertical SaaS capabilities. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing Excelsoft’s position as a provider of technology-driven learning solutions while driving long-term, sustainable growth.
With over 25 years of experience across technology, services, and financial management, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the role. His career has been defined by a strong track record in building scalable businesses, improving operational efficiency, and establishing robust governance frameworks. His ability to combine entrepreneurial thinking with institutional leadership is expected to be instrumental in shaping the company’s future direction.
Doreswamy has previously been associated with Excelsoft Technologies as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. During this period, he contributed significantly to strengthening governance practices and played an important role in supporting the company’s IPO journey, giving him deep familiarity with the organization’s strategic priorities and operational framework.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as ISS A/S, Quess Corp Limited, SMS, and KPIT, where he contributed to business growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence. His experience spans multiple industries, equipping him with the expertise to navigate complex business environments.
He is also the Co-Founder and former CEO of CredoPay Technology Services Private Limited, where he led the development of a global payment orchestration platform. In this role, he established strategic partnerships with banks, fintech firms, and international stakeholders, further strengthening his experience in building and scaling technology-driven platforms.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Doreswamy P has extensive experience working closely with boards and investors, including leading IPO readiness initiatives, managing investor relations, and ensuring strong post-listing governance standards.
