
Fractal Analytics Limited has appointed Shashidhar Ramakrishnaiah as its new Chief Technology Officer, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on building scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Shashidhar brings extensive experience in enterprise transformation across digital, data, cloud, and artificial intelligence domains. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping technology strategies, building high-performing leadership teams, and forging partnerships with global cloud providers. His appointment signals Fractal’s intent to further invest in advanced technologies and enhance its ability to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions to enterprise clients.
In his new role, Shashidhar will focus on strengthening cloud infrastructure, data capabilities, and overall technology frameworks. Prior to joining Fractal, Shashidhar held key leadership positions at Infosys and Wipro. At Infosys, he served as Associate Vice President and Delivery Head for Data and Analytics, where he led large-scale transformation programs. Earlier, at Wipro, he was the Global Head of the BFSI Functional Practices Group, gaining deep expertise in data-led transformation and enterprise solutions across industries.
This leadership transition follows the departure of Mrs. Majmudar, whose contributions to the organization were acknowledged by the company. The change marks a new phase for Fractal as it continues to evolve its leadership structure to align with its growth ambitions.
