Prior to joining Fractal, Shashidhar held key leadership positions at Infosys and Wipro. At Infosys, he served as Associate Vice President and Delivery Head for Data and Analytics, where he led large-scale transformation programs. Earlier, at Wipro, he was the Global Head of the BFSI Functional Practices Group, gaining deep expertise in data-led transformation and enterprise solutions across industries.
This leadership transition follows the departure of Mrs. Majmudar, whose contributions to the organization were acknowledged by the company. The change marks a new phase for Fractal as it continues to evolve its leadership structure to align with its growth ambitions.
