Parish Gupta has been elevated to the role of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for India at ib vogt GmbH. In this position, he will oversee the company’s operations in the country, with a focus on driving growth, strengthening project execution, and expanding its footprint in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energy.
As part of his new responsibilities, Gupta will lead strategic initiatives aimed at scaling solar projects and enhancing the company’s presence in India’s rapidly evolving clean energy landscape. His role will also involve ensuring efficient execution of projects and supporting long-term business expansion in the region.
He has been associated with ib vogt for over seven years, during which he has played a significant role in building the company’s regional operations. Most recently, he served as Regional Director for India and Sri Lanka, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s solar portfolio and reinforcing its market position across both geographies.
Prior to joining ib vogt, he held the position of Vice President – Business Development at NV VOGT Solar Energy (India) Private Limited, where he contributed to advancing solar energy initiatives and business growth.
Earlier in his career, Gupta served as Chief – Business Development and Management (Wind Energy) at Bhilwara Energy Ltd., where he was responsible for sourcing, planning, due diligence, financing, execution, and management of wind energy portfolios, while also initiating solar projects within the organization.
He also worked as Deputy General Manager – Business Development at WinDForce Management Services Private Limited, where he managed pan-India business development activities, including marketing and sales of consulting services for investors in the wind sector, along with planning and launching new service offerings.
With over two decades of experience in renewable energy, Parish Gupta brings deep expertise in business development, project execution, and strategic growth. His elevation reflects ib vogt’s focus on strengthening its leadership team as it continues to scale its renewable energy operations and capitalize on opportunities in India’s clean energy transition.
