With experience spanning multiple sectors including IT, BFSI, consumer packaged goods, and e-commerce, Hema Pachisia brings a diverse and well-rounded perspective to her new role. Prior to this promotion, she served as Head of HR for the Tuition Centre business at BYJU’S, where she played a key role in managing HR functions for a rapidly scaling business segment. She has also worked as a Senior Global HR Business Partner at Unilever and held positions at HSBC, gaining extensive exposure to global HR practices and organizational strategy.
Earlier in her career, Pachisia spent a significant period at Infosys Technologies, where she worked across performance management, rewards, and HR leadership roles. This experience helped her build a strong foundation in handling large-scale workforce operations and implementing structured HR frameworks.
