Nutan Bala has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at L&T-SuFin, where she will lead the company’s revenue strategy and growth initiatives.
In this role, she will be responsible for driving business expansion through structured sales, marketing, key account management, and strategic business development. Her focus will be on strengthening the company’s market position while scaling revenue across key segments.
Bala brings extensive experience in leading large profit centres and building high-performing teams across India. Prior to joining L&T-SuFin, she spent over five years at Vashi Integrated Solutions, where she most recently served as President. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving business growth, managing operations, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
Earlier, she held the position of Vice President – Procurement & Sales at Bulk MRO Industrial Supply, where she led large teams and managed procurement and sales operations for a wide client base across the country.
She also worked with Rajhans Group of Industries in a managerial role and began her professional journey at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, building a strong foundation in business operations and industry practices.
An alumna of Indian Institute of Management Indore, where she completed her Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration, Bala combines strong academic grounding with practical leadership experience.
With her proven track record in sales leadership, operational excellence, and business growth, Nutan Bala’s appointment underscores L&T-SuFin’s focus on strengthening its commercial capabilities and accelerating its expansion in the B2B commerce ecosystem.
