Manas Virmani has been elevated to Director at Aon. In this role, he will focus on driving business growth and profitability while leading corporate accounts and delivering integrated solutions across rewards, assessments, and advisory services.
Virmani has been associated with Aon for over eight years, most recently serving as Practice Head – Corporate Accounts. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving regional growth, managing enterprise portfolios, and expanding the adoption of Aon’s diverse service offerings across clients. He also previously led corporate accounts for Aon’s assessment solutions business, where he played a key role in scaling the division and strengthening its presence in South India.
His journey reflects strong expertise in enterprise sales, complex deal management, and client relationship building, consistently contributing to business expansion and long-term client partnerships.
Prior to joining Aon, he held roles at Oxigen, where he worked in a rapidly evolving digital payments environment, and at HeadHonchos.com and CoCubes.com, building a strong foundation in enterprise account management and solution-driven sales.
