Dr. Ohm Prakash Gunasekaran has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Zenvistas Realty Ventures LLP, marking a key leadership move for the organization.
In his new role, he will oversee the company’s strategic direction, drive business growth, and manage P&L, with a focus on expansion and strengthening its position in the real estate sector.
Dr. Gunasekaran brings cross-sector experience spanning real estate, cement, and logistics, with a strong track record in strategic growth, market expansion, and business transformation.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Growth Officer at DAC Developers, where he focused on identifying new growth opportunities and driving market expansion initiatives.
He also held the role of Chief Operating Officer – PGT Division at Casagrand Builder Private Limited, managing P&L responsibilities and leading strategic planning to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Earlier, he served as Chief Operating Officer at SRM Surya Logistics Private Limited, gaining experience across operational leadership and business execution.
