
Sahil Gadroo has taken on the role of Field Marketing Head – India & SAARC at Tenable, where he will lead regional demand generation and drive partner-led growth initiatives.
In this position, he will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies across the India and SAARC region, with a focus on strengthening market presence and enabling scalable growth through partner ecosystems.
Prior to joining Tenable, Sahil served as Regional Marketing Manager (India & EMEA) at Druva from September 2023 to January 2026, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. In this role, he developed and managed regional marketing plans and budgets, while aligning global and APJ campaigns for regional execution through cross-functional collaboration.
Earlier, he was part of the marketing team at Fourth Partner Energy from December 2022 to July 2023 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. During his tenure, he executed digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, contributing to a 15% increase in website traffic and a 12% improvement in lead quality.
He also worked as a Marketing Consultant from July 2022 to December 2022, where he focused on SaaS, B2C, product management, branding, and digital marketing initiatives, operating remotely from Pune District, Maharashtra, India.
With experience spanning regional marketing strategy, campaign execution, and partner development, Sahil Gadroo brings a strong foundation to support Tenable’s growth across India and the SAARC region.
