Venkatesh Thenkarai has taken on the role of Chief Digital Officer at Bahwan CyberTek, where he will be responsible for leading the company’s digital strategy and advancing its AI-led transformation initiatives.
In this role, he will focus on strengthening technology capabilities and driving innovation across global client engagements, aligning digital transformation efforts with evolving enterprise needs.
He brings extensive experience in digital transformation and technology leadership. Most recently, he served as Chief Delivery Officer, Corporate Senior Vice President at WNS from February 2024 to August 2025, where he led large-scale technology deals, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery initiatives. During this period, he also worked on integrating AI-led solutions into platforms to enhance market offerings.
Prior to that, he was associated with Ciklum, where he played a key role in building and scaling engineering capabilities in India. He served as Country Head India from July 2023 to November 2023 and earlier as Head of Engineering and Delivery from May 2022 to June 2023 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, contributing to the growth and optimization of the company’s engineering hub.
Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Cognizant, where he held multiple roles across delivery, account management, and quality engineering functions.
With deep expertise in AI, cloud, and large-scale delivery, Venkatesh Thenkarai brings a strong foundation to drive Bahwan CyberTek’s digital strategy and next phase of growth.
