BDO India has appointed Pooja Kaishap as Partner, strengthening its leadership in people strategy and organisational development.
In this role, she will play a key part in shaping talent strategy, enhancing HR leadership, and driving organisational effectiveness across the firm.
Pooja Kaishap brings extensive experience in talent management and HR leadership. Prior to joining BDO India, she spent over 18 years at KPMG India, where she most recently served as Head of HR for Partner Matters from April 2023 to April 2026. In this role, she led end-to-end talent strategy for partners, focusing on leadership development and workforce planning.
Earlier, she held the position of Director at KPMG India from November 2007 to July 2023 in Mumbai, where she played a key role in driving policy transformation and establishing the Employee Relations vertical. Her work involved designing and implementing firm-wide HR policies and processes, strengthening employee engagement frameworks, and supporting organisational growth.
With deep expertise across HR strategy, talent development, and organisational design, Pooja Kaishap brings a strong foundation to her new role as she contributes to BDO India’s next phase of growth.
