Coforge has appointed Sudhakar Sanivarapu as Vice President & GCC Delivery Head, strengthening its leadership as it scales global capability centres and drives transformation-led growth.
In this role, he will lead engineering and operations for a key global wealth and investment management client, with a strong focus on building and scaling high-performing GCC teams and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
Sudhakar Sanivarapu brings over 25 years of experience across banking, financial services, and insurance, with deep expertise in product engineering, GCC strategy, and global delivery leadership.
Prior to joining Coforge, he spent more than 17 years at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President – Product Engineering from July 2024 to April 2026 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving engineering strategy, scaling delivery capabilities, and enabling business growth across financial services platforms.
Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles at Broadridge, including Vice President and Director – Product Engineering, contributing to platform development and global delivery across capital markets.
His previous experience also includes roles at Freddie Mac, UBS, Computer Sciences Corporation, and ADP, where he led technology transformation, built scalable platforms, and strengthened global delivery operations.
With a strong background in financial services technology and GCC leadership, Sudhakar Sanivarapu is positioned to drive Coforge’s next phase of growth, focusing on scalable delivery, engineering excellence, and transformation at scale.
