CAI Software, LLC has appointed Gaurav Maini as Chief Technology and AI Officer, marking a strategic move to advance AI-led innovation across its manufacturing software ecosystem.
In this role, he will focus on building practical, outcome-driven AI solutions, integrating intelligent capabilities into production environments to deliver measurable value. His mandate includes strengthening CAI’s technology strategy while enabling scalable AI adoption across its manufacturing platforms.
Gaurav Maini brings extensive experience across AI, research and development, and technology leadership. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director – India at Acentra Health, where he led regional operations and strategic initiatives.
Earlier, he spent over seven years at Philips, including his role as Managing Director from February 2014 to October 2020, driving business growth and innovation.
His career also includes roles at J2 Interactive as Senior Consultant and at Epic Systems as Director – R&D, where he built deep expertise in product development and enterprise systems.
With a strong background spanning AI, enterprise technology, and global leadership, Gaurav Maini is well positioned to drive CAI Software’s next phase of innovation, bringing intelligent, real-world AI applications into manufacturing environments.
