During his tenure at Swiss Re, he has held several key leadership positions, including Vice President – Reinsurance Client Governance, Assistant Vice President (Team Lead) – RE Ops Services, and Assistant Vice President (Business Analyst). Across these roles, he has led high-impact initiatives spanning KYC validation, ITC screening, data quality enhancement, and cross-functional transformation programs, delivering measurable business outcomes and improving operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, he built a strong analytics foundation at AXA, where he progressed through roles such as Senior Specialist (Analytics), Senior Business Analyst (Specialist), Business Analyst, and Associate – Research & Analytics. His work focused on generating actionable insights, driving automation, and developing advanced data visualization solutions to support strategic decision-making.
