
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a strategic partnership with Nokian Tyres Plc to modernise the tyre manufacturer’s IT operations by leveraging artificial intelligence and agentic automation technologies. The collaboration is aimed at transforming key technology functions and strengthening the company’s digital capabilities across multiple business areas.
Under the agreement, TCS will support the modernization of application management, development, and support services across Nokian Tyres’ engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions. The initiative is expected to help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and establish a more agile technology environment capable of supporting future business requirements.
The partnership reflects a growing trend among global manufacturers to adopt AI-driven technologies and automation solutions to enhance operational performance and accelerate digital transformation.
