Mykare Closes Funding Round at $3.2 Million to Expand AI-Driven Healthcare Platform

Mykare has closed its funding round at $3.2 million following an additional $1 million investment from the cofounders of US-based healthtech company Papa.com and a Middle Eastern family office.

The latest investment was made by Papa.com cofounders Andrew Parker and Alfredo Vaamonde as part of the seed funding round originally raised by Mykare in 2023.

The healthtech startup said it plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities, accelerate product development, and expand further across existing international markets.

Mykare operates an AI-native healthcare operating system designed to help clinics and hospitals automate multiple stages of the patient journey, including patient acquisition, appointment scheduling, communication, feedback collection, and retention management.

According to the company, its AI-powered agents are capable of identifying patient intent, handling calls through voice AI systems, booking appointments, managing follow-ups, collecting feedback, and automatically updating CRM records.

The funding comes amid rising adoption of AI technologies across healthcare systems globally as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers increasingly invest in automation, digital patient engagement, AI assistants, and operational efficiency platforms.

Healthcare organizations are also accelerating deployment of AI-driven workflows to improve patient experience, optimize administrative operations, reduce response times, and support scalable healthcare delivery models.

The development reflects growing investor interest in AI-enabled healthcare startups focused on enterprise healthcare automation, conversational AI, patient management systems, and digital health infrastructure.

As healthcare providers continue modernizing digital operations, startups building AI-powered healthcare platforms are seeing increased demand for solutions that integrate communication, automation, analytics, and patient engagement into unified healthcare technology ecosystems.
