In his new role, Khanna will lead the strategic integration and growth of Aster India, CARE Hospitals, KIMSHEALTH, and Evercare, with a focus on clinical excellence, patient-centric healthcare delivery, digital innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable long-term growth. His appointment comes at a significant phase for the organization as it consolidates multiple healthcare platforms into a unified integrated healthcare enterprise.
Khanna brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare management, hospital operations, enterprise transformation, digital health, business strategy, and operational excellence. Over the course of his career, he has built expertise in scaling healthcare businesses, strengthening clinical operations, driving digital modernization, and improving patient care delivery across large healthcare ecosystems.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Group Managing Director at CARE Hospitals | KIMS | Evercare (Quality CARE India Limited), where he led strategic growth initiatives, healthcare delivery transformation, operational integration, and expansion programs across multiple healthcare institutions.
Earlier in his career, Khanna held senior leadership positions at Sahyadri Hospitals, Siloam Hospitals Group, Fortis Healthcare, Bain Capital, BD, e& UAE, Reliance Retail, Reliance Communications, and Bharti Airtel. His experience spans healthcare operations, commercial strategy, digital transformation, enterprise leadership, customer-centric innovation, and large-scale business modernization initiatives.
