India — Victura Technologies Private Ltd. has appointed Gajanan Desai as President & Business Head, strengthening the company’s leadership as it expands engineering capabilities, manufacturing operations, and advanced industrial solutions across global markets.
In his new role, Desai will lead business operations, engineering strategy, manufacturing excellence, and growth initiatives while driving innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-focused industrial solutions across the organization.
Desai brings nearly three decades of experience spanning forging, manufacturing, product development, engineering operations, industrial systems, and advanced metal engineering technologies. Over the course of his career, he has built extensive expertise in engineering leadership, manufacturing transformation, operational scaling, and industrial product innovation across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Victura Technologies, he spent more than 11 years at Bharat Forge Ltd., where he held several senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Engineering, Senior Vice President – Design & Development, and Vice President – Cold Forging Operations.
During his tenure at Bharat Forge, he contributed to engineering development, manufacturing modernization, forging technologies, product design, and operational transformation initiatives supporting domestic and global industrial markets.
Desai held leadership roles at Hirschvogel Group Components India, Kalyani Thermal Systems Limited, and Patheja Brothers Forgings & Stampings Ltd., gaining deep expertise across precision engineering, forging systems, thermal technologies, manufacturing operations, and industrial product development.
Industry observers note that engineering-led manufacturing companies are increasingly investing in advanced production technologies, Industry 4.0 systems, automation, precision engineering, and integrated manufacturing ecosystems to support rising demand from automotive, aerospace, defence, semiconductor, industrial, and e-mobility sectors.
