Constl strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Jitender Ahuja as Chief Product & Strategy Officer

New Delhi — Constl, a Space World Group company, has announced the appointment of Jitender Ahuja as Chief Product and Strategy Officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for shaping Constl’s long-term product vision and strategic direction, ensuring the company’s offerings continue to meet the rapidly evolving requirements of the AI infrastructure landscape.

Constl is India’s leading carrier-neutral digital infrastructure provider, engineering purpose-built networks for the AI-era. The appointment comes as the company rapidly scales its pan-India fibre network and AI-ready digital infrastructure platform to meet the growing connectivity demands of hyperscalers, telecom operators, data centres and enterprises. Jitender’s mandate will centre on defining Constl’s product strategy and roadmap, driving next-generation network innovation, and delivering differentiated customer experiences that support the company’s next phase of growth.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across the telecommunications and technology sectors, Jitender brings a proven track record in enabling business growth, and product and solution innovation. He has held senior leadership roles at Nelco, Airtel, Telstra and ITI Equatorial Satcom, where he was instrumental in shaping business strategy, defining & executing long-term product roadmaps, regulatory advocacy, and building business solutions aligned with evolving enterprise requirements.
