With more than 19 years of experience in the IT and customer engagement industry, Churi has built extensive expertise in global customer support, customer success, project management, CRM, team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic programme execution. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in building customer-centric processes, leading high-performing teams, and delivering business-critical initiatives for global clients.
Churi has spent her entire professional career at Netcore, steadily progressing through a series of leadership positions. She previously served as Senior Group Manager before being promoted to Assistant Vice President – Customer Amazement Team, where she led global customer success initiatives, strengthened customer relationships, and drove operational improvements across the organization. Her elevation to Vice President – Global Project Head marks another significant milestone in her long-standing association with the company.
