
India — Google has selected 20 AI-first startups for the 2026 cohort of the Google for Startups Accelerator: India, marking the programme’s 10th anniversary. The startups were chosen from nearly 2,500 applications, reflecting growing innovation across India’s artificial intelligence ecosystem.
The three-month accelerator will provide founders with access to Google’s AI technology stack, technical mentorship, product guidance, cloud infrastructure, and go-to-market support to help them scale AI-powered products for enterprise and global markets.
This year’s cohort is focused on next-generation AI technologies, including agentic AI, multimodal AI, and physical AI, with participating startups developing solutions across legal technology, healthcare, climate technology, cybersecurity, developer tools, manufacturing, finance, enterprise software, and voice AI.
The selected startups are Adopt AI, AgentC, Ai.gnosis, Attentive AI, Beatoven.ai, Blink AI, BrainSightAI, DeepVisionTech.AI, DevAssure, Eloquent AI, GobbleCube, Neysa, Peptris, Protecto, SpotDraft, Subtl.ai, Swish Club, Tan90, TrueFoundry, and Vaultedge.
Commenting on the announcement, Preeti Lobana, Vice President and Country Manager, Google India, said, “India’s startup ecosystem is moving into a new frontier of agentic workflows and physical AI systems engineered to solve high-stakes, real-world challenges.” She added that the accelerator is designed to help founders scale globally while strengthening India’s sovereign AI capabilities and supporting the objectives of the IndiaAI Mission.
Through the programme, participating startups will receive technical support from Google engineers and AI experts, guidance on product development, access to advanced AI models and cloud technologies, and mentoring on business strategy and international market expansion.
The 2026 cohort reflects the rapid evolution of India’s AI startup ecosystem, where companies are increasingly building enterprise-grade AI platforms, autonomous agents, multimodal applications, developer tools, and industry-specific solutions. The accelerator also highlights Google’s continued investment in nurturing India’s AI innovation ecosystem by supporting startups developing technologies for both domestic and global markets.
