
India — DXC Technology has inaugurated a 200,000 sq ft Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in Bengaluru, strengthening its AI, cybersecurity, and digital engineering capabilities in India. The new facility is one of the company’s largest global delivery hubs and is designed to help enterprises accelerate the transition from AI pilots to production-scale deployments.
The centre brings together advanced technology environments, including an AI Hub, Cyber Range, Digital Forensics Labs, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Network Operations Center (NOC), enabling customers to design, test, validate, and scale AI-powered business solutions while strengthening cyber resilience and operational performance.
The Bengaluru facility also features immersive Customer Experience Zones, Co-Creation Labs, and Partner Experience Zones, where DXC will collaborate with customers, technology partners, and ecosystem players to co-develop industry-specific digital transformation solutions across sectors such as banking, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, and the public sector.
Commenting on the launch, Ramnath Venkataraman, President, DXC Technology, said the new centre is designed for “deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer, and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.”
Robert Le Busque, President – Asia Pacific, DXC Technology, described the Bengaluru centre as “a powerhouse for AI innovation, engineering excellence, and customer collaboration,” highlighting its role in supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives across the region.
The launch comes as enterprises increasingly move beyond AI experimentation toward large-scale deployment of generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud-native applications, and cybersecurity solutions. Organizations are also investing in collaborative innovation centres that bring together engineering expertise, AI platforms, and security capabilities to accelerate technology adoption while addressing governance, compliance, and operational requirements.
