
India — Adobe has elevated Deepak Arora to Director, DIVE – Analytics and Insights, recognizing his decade-long contribution to the company and strengthening its leadership in data analytics, business intelligence, and customer success.
In his expanded role, Arora will lead analytics and insights initiatives within Adobe’s DIVE (Data, Insights, Value & Excellence) organization, driving data-driven decision-making, business intelligence, customer success analytics, strategic reporting, and enterprise insights to support business growth and customer outcomes. His elevation reflects Adobe’s continued investment in leveraging analytics and AI-powered intelligence to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence.
Arora has been associated with Adobe for nearly 10 years, progressing through several leadership positions. During his tenure, he served as Global Manager – Customer Success Analytics, Senior Manager – Customer Success Analytics and Reporting, Senior Manager – Reporting and Analytics, and Manager – Strategic Reporting. Across these roles, he led initiatives focused on customer success analytics, reporting transformation, business intelligence, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making, helping strengthen Adobe’s data-driven approach to customer engagement and operational efficiency.
He brings extensive experience spanning analytics, financial modelling, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, business intelligence, and consulting. Prior to joining Adobe, Arora held leadership and consulting roles at Deloitte, KPMG, Serco, and Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services (Copal Partners), where he advised clients on financial analysis, business strategy, reporting, valuation, and advisory services across multiple industry sectors.
His elevation comes as global technology companies continue to expand investments in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and enterprise data platforms to improve customer experience, optimize business performance, and enable faster, insight-driven decision-making.
