Mumbai, IGP, a global D2C multi-category gifting platform, has announced the appointment of retail and e-commerce leader Hetal Goyal as Vice President-Category of the brand. At IGP, she will oversee the company’s category strategy, merchandising, sourcing, private label development and business growth initiatives in this role.
Hetal brings over 20 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce and has expertise in category management, merchandising, strategic sourcing, private label development and P&L management.
Throughout her career, she has developed and scaled various product categories, introduced private labels, established domestic and international sourcing networks and executed profitable growth across top retail businesses.
Before joining IGP, Hetal was senior director at Zepto, leading its Zepto Cafe and Private Labels businesses. She previously served as a leader at Udaan as well as Primarc Pecan Retail Pvt. Ltd, Crossword Bookstores, Reliance Retail and Future Group, where she led in the expansion of categories, merchandising, sourcing and growth initiatives in the customer-centric business.
