Digital wealth management platform Scripbox has promoted Mohankumar Swaminathan to the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO), reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to expand its AI-first wealth management offerings. In his new position, Swaminathan will lead the company’s product strategy, roadmap and innovation initiatives, with a focus on enhancing Scripbox’s digital wealth management platform and customer experience.
The elevation marks a significant milestone in Swaminathan’s decade-long association with Scripbox. He joined the Bengaluru-headquartered company in 2016 as a Growth Hacker and has since taken on leadership responsibilities across growth, business and product functions. Most recently, he served as Head of User Acquisition, where he played a key role in strengthening customer acquisition, product-led growth and digital engagement initiatives.
Over the years, Swaminathan has contributed to several strategic initiatives spanning product management, customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement and marketing technology. According to the company, he was instrumental in developing Scripbox’s in-house marketing automation platform, improving digital onboarding journeys and supporting the evolution of product-led experiences for investors. His work has also contributed to the company’s transition from one of India’s early digital mutual fund advisory platforms into a broader wealth management firm catering to affluent and high-net-worth individuals.
As Chief Product Officer, Swaminathan will be responsible for defining and executing Scripbox’s AI-first product vision while working closely with engineering, design and business teams to develop solutions aligned with the evolving needs of investors. The company said his mandate will include driving innovation across its digital wealth management platform and strengthening customer-centric product experiences.
