Vinish Shah has been appointed as Executive Vice President at Lentra, where he will focus on strategic business initiatives, customer engagement, and driving business and operational growth.
Shah brings extensive experience across business leadership, strategy, customer management, technology services, and managed services. Before joining Lentra, he served as Chief Business Officer & Head of Strategy at Craft Silicon Asia, Group Head – Products & Services at SimbaNET Tanzania Limited, and Chief Customer Officer at Craft Silicon.
Earlier, he held the position of Business Head – Managed Services at COPY CAT GROUP and worked as Account Director – Africa at iSON Technologies.
His previous leadership experience also includes roles at Orange Business Services, where he served as Head – Service Level Analysis and Head – Solution Delivery Management. He began his career in leadership roles with vCustomer, serving as Manager – Operations & Client Servicing.
With experience spanning technology services, managed services, solution delivery, strategy, and customer leadership, Shah brings a broad commercial and operational background to his new role at Lentra.
