S&S Power Switchgear Limited appoints Srikant Sharma as Group CFO

S&S Power Switchgear Limited has appointed Srikant Sharma as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with responsibility for the finance function across the company and its subsidiaries. In his new role, Sharma will focus on strengthening financial governance, capital allocation and performance management while working closely with the leadership team on the Group’s growth and strategic priorities.

Sharma brings nearly two decades of experience spanning financial leadership, business strategy and transformation, commercial finance and banking. His professional experience covers the consumer, retail and financial services sectors, where he has worked with organisations across different stages of business development and transformation.

A Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder, Sharma also holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Spain. Before joining S&S Power Switchgear, he held senior finance positions at Hamleys, Third Wave Coffee, Café Coffee Day, Reliance Retail and Ferrero.

Earlier in his career, Sharma worked with Tata Capital and Citi, where he partnered with leadership teams on business transformation, performance improvement and long-term value creation.

As Group CFO, Sharma will lead the Group’s finance operations while supporting its broader business objectives. His mandate will include enhancing financial governance, overseeing capital allocation and strengthening performance management across the organisation.

The appointment brings together Sharma’s experience in finance, commercial strategy and business transformation with S&S Power Switchgear’s focus on its next phase of growth. His role will also involve working alongside the leadership team to support the Group’s strategic priorities and build a stronger financial foundation for its continued development.
