Kusumgar has elevated CA Ratan Jha to Chief Financial Officer, following his tenure as CFO Designate. In his new role, Jha will bring extensive experience across corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, financial reporting, tax compliance and strategic financial management.
Jha’s professional expertise also includes SAP implementation, fundraising and business growth, along with experience in areas such as IPOs, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, audit and risk management.
Before joining Kusumgar, Jha held senior finance leadership positions at Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. and Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. These roles added to his experience in financial management, business strategy and corporate finance.
Earlier in his career, Jha worked with PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher) and Bhandari and Associates, where he built his foundation in finance and professional services. His career across these organisations has provided exposure to multiple areas of corporate finance and financial strategy.
As CFO at Kusumgar, Jha will bring together his experience in financial planning, treasury, reporting, fundraising, investor relations and risk management as he takes on the company’s senior finance mandate. His background also includes experience supporting corporate transactions and strategic financial initiatives, including IPOs, private equity and M&A.
The elevation follows his tenure as CFO Designate at Kusumgar and marks the next step in his finance leadership career. His broad experience across financial operations, compliance and strategic finance positions him to contribute to the company’s financial management and longer-term business priorities.
With experience spanning corporate finance, investment-related transactions, financial reporting and strategic planning, Jha’s appointment strengthens Kusumgar’s finance leadership as he assumes the Chief Financial Officer role.
