New Delhi : Coverfox, a technology-led insurance distribution platform focused on insuring the last-mile Bharat, today announced the appointment of Shikha Gupta as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), effective July 1, 2026. Shikha will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic growth, strengthen corporate partnerships, and support Coverfox’s expansion across Bharat.
With over 18 years of experience across global finance, investing, financial services and portfolio leadership, Shikha brings expertise in corporate strategy, capital allocation, M&A, governance and financial services. Prior to joining Coverfox, she was Investment Director at Elevar Equity, where she evaluated opportunities across financial services, MSME lending, consumer and insurance.

The company currently works with 72+ corporate distribution partners, with its network cumulatively covering 972 cities and towns, 28 states, 8 Union Territories and 14,174 PIN codes.
As Coverfox enters its next phase, the company will focus on deepening its corporate and financial-services partnerships, expanding insurance penetration across Bharat and strengthening its technology-led distribution capabilities to reach more customers at the last mile.
