Sandeep Mehra has been appointed Senior Vice President & General Manager of International at Neat, where he will lead the company’s international growth strategy, focusing on market expansion, commercial execution and strategic partner ecosystems across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. His appointment is effective immediately, with Mehra initially based in London.
Mehra brings 20 years of industry experience spanning SaaS, video collaboration and enterprise technology. Before joining Neat, he spent more than a decade at Cisco, holding senior leadership positions across sales, engineering and go-to-market functions. His roles at Cisco included Managing Director for APAC Collaboration Sales, Vice President of Customer Experience across ASEAN and Korea, and Global General Manager for Video Devices.
During his time at Cisco, Mehra was involved in launching a range of products covering Work from Home solutions and Intelligent Spaces, adding to his experience in video collaboration and workplace technology.
Earlier in his career, Mehra co-founded an Indian conferencing company that was later acquired by Webex. He subsequently served in an executive leadership role at Moxtra, further building his experience across collaboration technology and enterprise solutions.
At Neat, Mehra will work on accelerating the company’s international footprint and strengthening its presence across key global markets. His appointment comes as Neat enters its next phase of expansion following its first $100 million quarter and a double-digit profitability margin.
The leadership change is part of a broader strengthening of Neat’s executive team. Martijn Blokland, who previously led international revenue for six years, has transitioned to Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Strategy. Meanwhile, Rick Hill has been promoted to Senior Vice President & General Manager of Americas, while Sherri Pipala, Vice President of Alliances and Business Development, has been elevated to Neat’s executive leadership team.
Mehra will work closely with Blokland and Hill as Neat expands its global operations. His combination of entrepreneurial experience and large-scale enterprise leadership is expected to support the company’s international revenue strategy as demand for intelligent video collaboration technology continues to grow.
