Bengaluru-based edtech startup Arivihan has raised $10 million in Series A funding from existing investors Accel and Prosus Ventures, along with an additional $200,000 from its existing GSF angel investors.
The latest funding takes Arivihan’s total capital raised to more than $15 million. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand into new states and strengthen its presence in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar. It will also expand its CBSE offering, develop more vernacular language capabilities and increase its artificial intelligence research efforts.
Arivihan was founded in 2022 by Ritesh Singh Chandel, Sonu Kumar and Rushabh Kothari. The company operates an AI-based learning platform for school students, offering interactive video lessons, instant doubt-solving and AI-driven study plans without relying on live teachers.
The platform currently serves students preparing for State Board, CBSE and NEET examinations. Its focus is on students in tier 2 and tier 3 cities as well as rural areas. Arivihan said around 80% of its subscribers come from tier 3 cities and rural India.
The company intends to use the new funding to broaden its geographical presence across India. Along with entering new states, Arivihan plans to strengthen its operations in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar. It is also looking to expand its CBSE offering and improve its capabilities in vernacular languages to reach students across different regions.
AI research will be another focus area for the company as it develops its learning platform. Arivihan’s model uses interactive content, instant doubt-solving and AI-driven study plans to provide learning support without depending on live teachers.
Alongside product and geographical expansion, Arivihan plans to scale its digital marketing and on-ground distribution network. The company also intends to hire across key functions and launch new crash courses as it expands its operations.
Arivihan was previously part of Accel’s Atoms accelerator programme and received seed funding through the programme in March 2024. Its latest Series A therefore brings additional capital from investors that have backed the company previously.
The startup had previously raised $4.17 million in a pre-Series A round in July 2025, according to Business Standard. With the latest Series A and the additional GSF angel investment, its total funding has crossed $15 million.
Arivihan’s financial performance has also expanded alongside its operations. According to Entrackr, the company is yet to file its FY26 financials. In FY25, its revenue increased nearly 14.8 times to Rs 3.14 crore from Rs 21.29 lakh in FY24, while it reported a loss of Rs 4.45 crore.
With the latest funding, Arivihan is preparing for its next phase of expansion across India, with a focus on new states, CBSE education, vernacular learning, AI research, digital marketing and on-ground distribution. The company will continue developing its AI-based learning platform for students across state boards, CBSE and NEET preparation.
