Pawan Singh Nirwan has joined Navikenz as Head of Cyber Security, taking on a leadership role focused on the company’s cybersecurity function.
Nirwan announced his new position, sharing that he had started his role as Head of Cyber Security at Navikenz.
Navikenz is an artificial intelligence-focused IT services company that works with enterprises on AI-enabled solutions, digital transformation, data management and digital engineering. The company helps organisations identify and implement technology solutions aimed at improving business processes and developing data-driven operations.
Founded in 2021, Navikenz is headquartered in New Jersey and has operations in India, the United States and the United Kingdom. Its India presence includes offices in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with its registered office in Noida.
The company’s technology portfolio covers business consulting, AI and machine learning services, digital engineering and data management. Navikenz has also developed capabilities around enterprise AI adoption and transformation, working with organisations to identify new business applications for artificial intelligence.
Nirwan’s appointment adds a dedicated cybersecurity leadership role to Navikenz’s technology organisation as the company continues to expand its enterprise technology and AI services.
Navikenz is led by co-founder and CEO Anjan Lahiri, who previously co-founded Mindtree and has held senior leadership positions across the IT services industry. The company’s leadership team also includes executives responsible for technology, data and AI, digital engineering, customer success, business solutions and enterprise architecture.
Navikenz has been expanding its enterprise AI business and raised $7.5 million in funding in 2026 to support its AI-led enterprise productivity transformation strategy. The company has also established partnerships with technology providers including AWS and Salesforce.
With his move to Navikenz, Pawan Singh Nirwan takes responsibility for the company’s cybersecurity function as Head of Cyber Security. His appointment comes as Navikenz continues to build its technology capabilities around AI, digital transformation and enterprise services.
